The exception is listed below but I know you know about it.
It is with jWildfire 5 using Java 8.
Now I also have and use older versions of jWildfire. Both version V3.31 and V3.50. They both function fine. But there is a chance that version 5 won't function with the others. Each of them were in different folders with different names for those folders (obviously). AND I found something at the bottom of the exception list that made me wonder if there is data somewhere that is causing this.

The folder that the version 5 is in is C:\Users\iamth\Dropbox\jWildfire5 BUT the exception message at the bottom said this:

Attempting to launch JWildfire using the command - the odd thing is the different folders not the one for jWildfire5:
C:\Users\iamth\Dropbox\Elmenda\JWildFire\jre\bin\java -Xms256m -Xmx1924m -Dsun.java2d.uiScale=1.0 -Djava.library.path=C:\Users\iamth\Dropbox\jWildfire5\lib\x64 -cp C:\Users\iamth\Dropbox\jWildfire5\lib\j-wildfire.jar org.jwildfire.swing.JWildfire

Not sure what was going on and why it was looking into other folders. SO I tried doing this.
1. I zipped the other jWildfires and stored them - then removed the folders. So none of the folders named in the Exception were there anymore.
2. I deleted and replaced jWildfire 5
3. I uninstalled and re-installed Java 8.
4. Restarted computer
5. I searched in Program data and the user's AppData folders for any files where information might be stored. Found none.
6. Using TextPad I also searched in the AppData folder for jWildfire in any file. There were many but none had anything to do with what happened. I could be wrong though.

So after closing/hiding the other jWildfire versions and folders (C:\Users\iamth\Dropbox\Elmenda\JWildFire does not exist now) --- and re-installing Java, the same exception showed up with the same note

NOTE - this showed up when the folders were closed. Caused by: java.io.IOException: Cannot run program "C:\Users\iamth\Dropbox\Elmenda\JWildFire\jre\bin\java": CreateProcess error=2, The system cannot find the file specified

Attempting to launch JWildfire using the command:
C:\Users\iamth\Dropbox\Elmenda\JWildFire\jre\bin\java -Xms256m -Xmx1924m -Dsun.java2d.uiScale=1.0 -Djava.library.path=C:\Users\iamth\Dropbox\jWildfire5\lib\x64 -cp C:\Users\iamth\Dropbox\jWildfire5\lib\j-wildfire.jar org.jwildfire.swing.JWildfire

So what do I need to do? Where is the data stored that tells jWildfire 5 to use the older version folders.

Also to let you know. Once it did work - even with the other jWildfire versions. No clue why

Below is the full exception

Thanks for any help!

It looks like your Java runtime is not set correctly. In the JWildfire launcher, does it show anything by "Java runtime to use"? If not, click "Add Java runtime..." and point it to where you installed Java. It will probably look something like "C:\Program Files\Java\jre1.8.0_231".
